I. DIGITAL PRODUCTS DISPATCH

All design assets, digital files, and downloadable media require zero physical transit.

Delivery Fees: $0.00 (Completely complimentary).
Fulfillment Speed: Instant. Immediately after your purchase is confirmed, your customized download link will be rendered directly on the order confirmation page. A secure access link will also be dispatched to your email coordinates within 15 minutes.
Troubleshooting: If your archive link does not arrive within the designated 15-minute window, please inspect your network spam or junk filters before escalating. For persistent download errors, contact support@cruzeno.com for immediate manual file routing.

II. PHYSICAL COLLECTIONS LOGISTICS

Every physical item is custom-crafted, printed, and verified on demand before being routed into our global courier networks.

Shipping Rates: Cruzeno provides Complimentary Standard Shipping worldwide. We absorb all base transit, logistics, and courier costs globally so you can focus entirely on curating your drive.
Estimated Transit Timelines:
- United States (Contiguous Mainland): 2 – 5 business days.
- AK, HI, PR & US Territories: Please allow an additional 7 – 12 business days beyond our standard domestic timeline due to extended transit routing.
- International Markets (UK, EU, CA, AU, NZ): 10 – 30 business days.

III. TAXES, DUTIES & CUSTOMS CLEARANCE

We operate a highly automated, frictionless cross-border delivery network.

International Orders (UK, EU, CA, AU, NZ): All localized value-added taxes (VAT), goods and services taxes (GST), and custom tariffs are calculated and integrated directly into our storefront catalog prices. Orders are dispatched via a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) framework. You will never receive an unexpected customs invoice or courier clearance fee upon arrival.
Domestic Orders (United States): Applicable localized sales taxes are calculated dynamically at the final checkout panel based on your specific state, county, and zip code parameters.

IV. ADDRESS ACCURACY & VERIFICATION

Our fulfillment networks are fully automated to ensure rapid transit. It is the driver’s sole responsibility to provide precise, secure delivery credentials at checkout. Cruzeno is not responsible for packages misrouted due to typographical errors, invalid zip codes, or uncollected local carrier holds. Redelivery arrangements for returned packages will incur secondary processing fees.
