The Cruzeno 30-Day Warranty

All Cruzeno products are covered by a 30-day limited warranty, which protects against:

  • Manufacturing Defects: Flaws in the product's construction or materials.

  • Product Malfunctions: Issues where the product does not operate as intended under normal use.

This warranty begins on the date your order is delivered. Please note that our warranty does not cover damages resulting from accidents, misuse, unauthorized modifications, improper installation, or standard wear and tear over time.

How to Initiate a Warranty Claim

Should you need to make a claim, please email our dedicated support team at support@cruzeno.com with the following information:

  1. Your full name and the original order number.

  2. A clear description of the issue you are experiencing.

  3. A photograph or short video that clearly demonstrates the defect or malfunction.

Our team will review your claim and respond within one business day.

Resolution Process

Once your claim is approved, we will promptly arrange a resolution to ensure your satisfaction. Depending on the specific circumstances, this may include:

  • A complimentary replacement of the same item.

  • A full refund to your original payment method.

  • Store credit to use on a future Cruzeno purchase.

For most claims, we do not require you to return the original item. If an inspection is necessary for a high-value product, our team will provide clear instructions and a prepaid shipping label.
