What are your shipping times? Once your order is placed, our team works to process and dispatch it from our US-based facility within 1-3 business days. From there, our standard shipping to addresses within the United States typically takes 5-10 business days for delivery, and 10-20 business days internationally.

Can I track my order? Of course. The moment your order ships, we will send a confirmation email containing a direct link to your tracking portal. You can follow your package’s journey every step of the way.

What is your return policy? We want you to love your Cruzeno experience. If for any reason you're not satisfied, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return. What payment methods do you accept? We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), as well as secure express checkout options like PayPal, Shop Pay, and Apple Pay.

Do you offer gift cards? Yes, we do. A Cruzeno digital gift card is the perfect way to share the gift of a luxurious driving experience. You can find them in our store.

Is my payment information secure? Absolutely. Your security is a top priority. Our entire store is hosted on Shopify and is Level 1 PCI DSS compliant. All transactions are protected with industry-standard SSL encryption, and we never store your payment information.

Do your products have a warranty? Yes, every Cruzeno product is backed by a 30-day limited warranty that covers any manufacturing defects or malfunctions.
